With their notoriety skyrocketing due to their antics in Fate/Grand Order's "GUDAGUDA" mini-series, Type-MOON thus saw fit to re-imagine the Imperial Holy Grail War. Running under the name Fate/Koha-Ace (though collected under the name Koha-Ace GO), this self-spoofing story arc was popularized thanks to its Original Generation characters appearing in comedic side materials and drama CDs.

It's a Darker and Edgier retelling of the 'Imperial Capital Holy Grail Strange Story', a Holy Grail War that started out as a gag scenario from the Type-MOON Ace serial Koha-Ace, where Kohaku from Tsukihime and several other Nasuverse characters pretended to create their own Holy Grail War starring mostly Japanese (and one Chinese and one fictional concept from a Scottish mathematician) historical figures.

That being said, they reflect 2 different sides of a character under different living circumstances. Musashi mentions in Diarmuid Sabers paralogue that Chaldea is a place where even Anti Heroes (or in other words villains) can be given a fresh start and a chance to live a new life aside from needing to complete their duties as servants such as in the Singularities or Lostbelts.
In Chaldea, servants are given the opportunity to live NORMAL lives that they typically wouldn't be given the chance too live as servants in a normal HG War. Not to mention Redline is a much more serious story in comparison to the GudaGuda events/ joke events of FGO. Because RedLine Nobu is literally in a Holy Grail War and isn't in a setting that will allow her to act in a manner like that.
